  • Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Partner Engineers on account deep-dives, business reviews, and insight sharing for partner growth.
  • Analyze key metrics using quantitative and qualitative methods to generate actionable insights while identifying opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
  • Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for YouTube through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis, streamlining the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
